Business Goals

The company was looking to replace conventional and bulky systems used for billing and POS with modern mobile devices. The organization was looking to have a dependable suite of devices and an MDM solution that would be easy to adopt by its 300K+ staff without prior technology experience.

The organization zeroed in on Android devices owing to their ease of adoption along with excellent user interface since a majority of their staff consisted of frontline and field workers serving 41.6 million square feet of retail area.
