Scalefusion and all associated names, logos, trade dress, and service marks are trademarks owned exclusively by ProMobi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ProMobi”). All rights reserved. Nothing in these rules or on our platform grants any express or implied license or right to use any ProMobi trademark without our prior written permission.

Express Prohibited Uses

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by ProMobi, you may not:

• Use Official Logos: Download, display, modify, or distribute Scalefusion logos or visual brand assets.
• Imply Affiliation or Endorsement: Use Scalefusion trademarks to suggest any official partnership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.
• Adopt Similar Names: Incorporate “Scalefusion” or any confusingly similar term into your company name, product/service name, app store listing, social media handle, AI agent identity, or domain name.
• Bid Deceptively on Keywords: Use Scalefusion trademarks in deceptive search advertising, hidden text, or metadata intended to mislead users.

Enforcement & Contact
