Scalefusion Unveils Mid-Year Platform Update, Advancing Its Vision for Unified Management

ProMobi Technologies today announced the Scalefusion Mid-Year Platform Update, bringing together the company’s major product advancements introduced during the first half of the year, along with a preview of capabilities planned for the months ahead.
The update brings together enhancements across Windows, Apple, and Linux, along with product updates for OneIdP, and Veltar, all designed around a single idea: when enterprise challenges are connected, the software managing them should be too.
“When we started Scalefusion over a decade ago, our focus was device management. Today, enterprise IT demands a much broader perspective,” said Sriram Kakarala, Chief Product Officer at Scalefusion. “Managing a device inevitably leads to questions about identity, access, compliance, and security. We’ve spent the last several years building a platform where each of those layers strengthens the next. This update reflects that journey and where we believe enterprise management is headed.”
A stronger foundation for endpoint management
The latest platform update introduces new capabilities across every major operating system, giving IT teams greater management while simplifying everyday administration.
Windows device management becomes more capable with deeper administrative controls. Scalefusion extends password management beyond the Windows CSP’s 42-day expiration limit, giving IT teams complete control over password policies and account management. Expanded device inventory, new workflow-based alerts, and an integrated Remote Terminal further improve visibility and remote troubleshooting without requiring administrators to leave the Scalefusion console.
Apple management continues to evolve alongside Apple’s latest platform innovations. New support for Apple tvOS extends enterprise management across the entire Apple ecosystem, while agent-based PKG deployments, scripting support, and an Enterprise App Catalog make application management significantly more flexible. Scalefusion also introduces an operations-based approach to macOS updates, enabling IT teams to plan, schedule, monitor, and execute updates through a single coordinated workflow.
Upcoming capabilities include Launchpad for Automated Device Enrollment, support for multiple VPP tokens, and continued Day Zero compatibility with Apple’s latest releases.
Beyond individual operating systems, the platform introduces Linux AppLocker, Holiday Calendar for Workflows, and Programmable Custom Properties, enabling organizations to automate routine administration and manage device-specific metadata with greater flexibility.
Identity that understands context
This year also marks two years of OneIdP, Scalefusion’s Zero Trust Access solution.
New additions include user portal-based device enrollment, passkey support, Okta API integration, richer Active Directory synchronization, and enhanced on-premises connector availability. Looking ahead, Scalefusion previewed integrated RADIUS capabilities, Associated Users, and conditional Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) attributes features that further strengthen enterprise identity management.
“Identity has become just one part of the access decision. Context matters just as much, whether that’s device posture, compliance, or organizational policies. We’ve built our approach around the belief that access isn’t just about adding another layer of authentication but expanding the criteria for trust to ensure that decisions are made based on all of the available information,” said Sriram Kakarala, Chief Product Officer, Scalefusion.
One platform. One direction.
While each capability addresses a specific operational challenge, together they reflect something broader.
Enterprise management is no longer defined by individual products or isolated workflows. Devices influence identity. Identity informs access. Security validates trust. Every layer contributes to the next.
The Scalefusion Mid-Year Platform Update represents another step toward that vision: helping IT teams manage devices, identities, access, and security as one connected platform rather than a collection of disconnected tools.
