The company was looking to replace conventional and bulky systems used for billing and POS with modern mobile devices. The organization was looking to have a dependable suite of devices and an MDM solution that would be easy to adopt by its 300K+ staff without prior technology experience.

The organization zeroed in on Android devices owing to their ease of adoption along with excellent user interface since a majority of their staff consisted of frontline and field workers serving 41.6 million square feet of retail area. The majority of the staff was not habitual in using technology for work, and Android seemed to be the obvious choice, thanks to its user-friendly UI as well as reliability.
