Through the DOPA app, they aim to provide quality and affordable medical entrance coaching to all aspirants, irrespective of their socio-economic background. The Challenge
Monitoring and limiting device usage for educational purposes while ensuring devices are within the campus
DOPA was seeking a bundled solution to monitor and prevent misuse of the tablets provided to their students. It wanted to limit tablet usage to a few intended applications and websites. This was needed to prevent students from installing other apps and browsing undesirable websites. It also wished to change the branding and aesthetics of the tablet screen. Moreover, remote monitoring was required to track the location of tablets to ensure they were on residential campuses. Other important requirements included remotely publishing custom content, tracking the screen time, and acquiring device control for remote troubleshooting.

These tablets were configured in kiosk mode to prevent unwanted installations and downloads.

IT admins could generate and schedule a report for screen time, battery performance, storage usage, and other data.
