Enterprise scanning in half the time, with half the effort.
Compared to scanning with a mobile phone camera, Zebra's enterprise-class scanning options enable workers to capture barcodes in nearly half the time, with half the muscle work. Choose the SE4710 for standard-range 1D/2D scanning with a wide, forgiving sweet spot, or the SE55 Advanced Range with IntelliFocus™ for capture from in-hand to 40 ft. (12.2 m) away, reaching the top warehouse shelf without repositioning.
A 6-inch display that sees everything indoors and out.
At 450 nits and 1080 × 2160 FHD+ resolution, the display stays readable under fluorescent warehouse lighting, retail floor spotlights, or direct outdoor sunlight. Corning® Gorilla® Glass protects both the display and the scanner exit window against scratches, impacts, and the daily handling that consumer phones aren't designed for. The screen responds accurately to bare fingers or light gloves, with no mode switching required.
Tough enough to survive the shift. Slim enough to fit in the pocket.
The Zebra TC27 is waterproof, dustproof, drop-proof, and tumble-proof, thanks to an improved design, IP68 sealing, plus drop and tumble tests that are even more aggressive than the industry standard MIL-STD-810H and IEC. At just 12.5 mm thin, nearly 10% thinner than the TC21/TC26, it slips into a pocket or apron without bulk. The contoured surface reduces pressure points and sits comfortably in any size hand across a full shift. For more demanding field environments, the optional rugged boot extends drop protection further without changing the device's fundamental ergonomics.
Power that matches the shift length, whatever that shift demands.
Choose the battery that will keep pace with your workers, the standard 3,800 mAh battery for full shift power; the extended 5,200 mAh battery for multi-shift power. With removable batteries, you never need to take the device out of service for charging. The optional BLE battery adds device-tracking capability, so even if a device runs flat and powers off, Device Tracker can still locate it across the facility. PowerPrecision battery intelligence identifies which batteries are aging out of the pool before they fail, not after.
The fastest wireless connections, inside the facility and out in the field.
5G and Wi-Fi 6/6E deliver wired speeds, providing workers with better voice and data performance inside and outside of your facility. Support for private 5G and CBRS private LTE networks enables cost-effective wireless connectivity in the largest indoor and outdoor facilities. The TC27 adds 5G, nano SIM, and eSIM for workers whose routes take them beyond the building. Bluetooth 5.2 connects headsets and accessories with better audio quality and lower power draw than its predecessor.
Validate tickets, take payments, and read digital wallets, all from the same device.
Built-in support for Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap enables the TC27 to easily validate tickets, membership and loyalty cards, and boarding passes stored in mobile wallets. NFC contactless payment support (CPOC) means the device also handles tap-to-pay transactions at a hybrid POS station, no separate payment terminal needed. For hospitality, entertainment, and retail teams, this replaces two or three point-of-interaction devices with one that workers already carry.
Becomes a workstation, an RFID reader, a two-way radio, and a PBX handset — on demand.
Dock it into the Workstation Connect Cradle and it becomes a full desktop: HDMI out, Ethernet, four USB ports, and a headset jack, ideal for back-office tasks, hybrid POS, or a shared workstation between shifts. Connect the RFD40 or RFD90 RFID sled via eConnex adaptor or Bluetooth and it reads RFID tags at speed, managed over-the-air via Wi-Fi. Enable Workcloud Sync and it's a PTT two-way radio over Wi-Fi or a secure messaging device over cellular. Add PBX handset mode and it handles the most complex telephony features. Workers get more done with the device already in their hand.
