Arcadia Global School, a premier British institution based in Dubai, is dedicated to educating K–12 students through a global, inclusive learning environment. Challenges

Enhancing student learning while ensuring digital discipline.

Arcadia Global School faced a dual challenge–managing student-owned devices and doing that economically. The school needed a solution to regulate the use of personally-owned devices on campus to maintain focus on education and prevent misuse. With limited resources, Arcadia required a budget-friendly solution that would enable large-scale management of student devices without compromising on features. The goal was clear—transform devices into learning tools within the school premises while ensuring personal privacy off-campus.

Solution

Transformed devices into educational tools.

With geofence-based profile switching, student devices automatically switched profiles upon entering the campus. They became dedicated learning tools, restricted to educational apps and content. Upon leaving the campus, the devices reverted to personal use, ensuring privacy.

Kiosk Lockdown for learning focus.

Using kiosk mode, devices were locked into single-app or multi-app configurations, promoting undistracted learning.

Content distribution & connectivity.

Seamlessly distributed apps and learning materials across all devices in real-time. Pre-configured Wi-Fi ensured instant and secure connectivity to the school network.

Web Content Filtering for online safety.

Advanced browser management restricted access to unsafe or non-educational websites during school hours.
