Account and Privacy

Yes. You can send an email to support stating the reason for the same and we will get in touch with you. Write to us at support@scalefusion.com

Yes. You can change your account password by accessing the User Profile settings on the Scalefusion dashboard.

Yes. But we recommend having one account on an organizational level. You can add co-account managers, Device Admins and Group Admins to your existing account through the Admins and Roles section of the Scalefusion dashboard.

Yes. You can initiate a deletion request from the profile section of the dashboard or get in touch at support@scalefusion.com

You can manage unlimited number of devices during your free trial.

Yes. You can set up Scalefusion server in your Apple Business Manager. Make sure you use your organization Apple id for the same.

License and Pricing

You can purchase the Licenses from the Manage License section of the Scalefusion dashboard.

Yes. You can free up your existing licenses by deleting the device associated with the license. Then you can reassign the license to another device.

Yes. We offer special discounts for nonprofits and educational institutes. Get in touch with us: sales@scalefusion.com

Yes you can cancel your licenses.To cancel your license, please write to us on: support@scalefusion.com

A full refund is available within 30 days of your purchase. Note that after this date, the licenses are not refundable.

You can find the details of your existing license in the Manage Licenses section of the Scalefusion dashboard.

No. We do not offer monthly plans. All our pricing plans are yearly.

Yes. You will receive an automated email notifying the same. Our customer success team will also send you a reminder for the same.

Yes. We do accept purchase orders in special cases. You can get in touch with your sales manager for the same.

No. We do not have auto-renewal. You have to upgrade or renew your licenses by contacting our support team.

Yes. You can customize your own plan. Contact your sales manager for customized plans or get in touch with sales@scalefusion.com.

Yes you can cancel your add-ons but note that the add-ons cannot be refunded. Write to us at support@scalefusion.com to initiate add-on cancellation.

Billing and Payment

We recommend paying by credit card. You can also opt for Bank transfer but please note that it will incur bank transfer charges.

In the dashboard, click on the top right corner of the screen to access Admin Profile. Click on the Invoice button to find all the invoices associated with your account.

Yes! You can download your invoices from the invoices section of the dashboard and print them.

Scalefusion MDM provides support for managing Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux devices.

Our OS version requirements are as follows:

For Android:

Android 4.0.3 to Android 7.0.x for Legacy Management (Device Admin)
Android 6 and above for Android Enterprise (Device Owner)

For iOS:

iOS 10 and above

For macOS:

macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and above

Yes. We also are Google EMM partners.

Yes. We offer management support for non-google certified devices.

No. Our dashboard is currently web-based and can be accessed on any web browser.
