The Duplicate Devices feature allows you to see if you have registered the same device twice, possibly with a different name, by comparing the Model and IMEI Number. This can occur in case due to some events the device was restored to its factory settings and then the device was registered to Scalefusion account using the same MobiLock account credentials used earlier on the device. Thus the device would appear twice on the dashboard for the same MobiLock account under different names.
No duplicate devices
When you log in to your admin panel, click on the Utilities -> Duplicate Devices tab on the left of your dashboard. If you do not have any duplicate devices you will see a screen similar to the image shown below.

Deleting a duplicate device
Click on Delete icon under Action to remove a duplicate device.
You will be shown a confirmation message. Click OK if you are sure you want to remove this device, else click on CANCEL.
Note: Make sure you delete the one that was registered first and keep the latter, because after the device has been reset to factory settings, although the first registration is visible, it is invalid.
